The Homestead Studio Suites is a superior tourist class hotel, located 5 miles from the Robert Mueller Airport in downtown Austin. Well appointed studios feature contemporary decor and include: one queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, full size ironing board and iron, remote control color TV with premium cable channels, work space with computer data port, complimentary local telephone calls, personalized voice mail, complimentary incoming fax service, copy service and outgoing fax services are available at a nominal fee, on-site guest laundry and access to a nearby fitness club. Nonsmoking and ADA approved studios are available upon request. The hotel is conveniently located near fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Hotel will allow pets with a $75 non-refundable fee. How to go to Homestead Studios Downtown Hotel

From I-35:
Exit Riverside #233 and go west continuing for one mile and turn left onto Barton Springs Road. Go one block and turn left onto South First Street. Hotel is on the left.

From MOPAC (Loop 1):
Take the First Street exit and head East for approximately 2 miles and turn right onto South First Street Bridge. Hotel is on the left.

From Robert Mueller Airport:
Take I-35 South to the Riverside #233 exit. Make a right off the ramp and continue for one mile. Make a left onto Barton Springs Road and go

approximately one block. Turn left onto South First Street. Hotel is on the left.
