From Keahole Airport:
Turn left onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19 and continue along Highway 19 for 18 miles. Turn left at the Waikoloa Beach Resort signage. Then the Outrigger Waikoloa Beach is on your left, approximately 1/2 mile down.
