The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. Per the hotel's condo association, one person in the party must be 25 years or older. That person must check in the unit and be in the unit at all times. The hotel also charges a $20.00 cleaning fee payable at check-in.

How to go to Edgewater Beach Resort Hotel
From Panama City Airport:
Exit Airport to Highway 390. Turn right on 390 and go to 23rd Street. Turn right on 23rd Street and go straight for approximately 10 minutes until it dead end into Highway 98. Turn right on Highway 98. Cross over Hathaway
Bridge and pass two stop lights. At third light, veer right at fork (still Highway 98 or Back Beach Road). Pass Hombre Golf Club on the left. Turn left at Beckrich Road. Go through one light and you will see the Edgewater fence on the right hand side. The Conference Center is the first gate you
will see. Check-In is on the frontside adjacent to Burger King.
