This resort offers first-rate accommodations, a new health spa, amazing scenery and a myriad of activities. There are numerous hiking trails surrounding the resort and the Durango Mountain Ski Resort is only 8 miles away and the resort offers complimentary shuttle service to it. But, the proudest feature of the Lodge at Tamarron is The Cliffs - an 18-hole championship mountain golf course. The resort is a great place to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Guests may want to ride the historic, narrow gauge Durango-Silverton train, visit Mesa Verde, raft on a river or ride mountain bikes.
The deluxe guest rooms at The Lodge at Tamarron offer spectacular views of the natural surroundings. These rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. The resort has an indoor and an outdoor pool as well as a whirlpool. There is also a fitness facility and massage services are available.
